SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 17 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A man has been seriously injured after being hit by a car as he passed through San Benito, in the municipality of La Laguna (Tenerife), as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center of 112 in the Canary Islands.
The events occurred around 9:11 p.m. this Thursday on the TF-5, at the height of San Benito in the aforementioned municipality, the place to which the personnel of the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) traveled, who upon arriving in the area verified that the affected person had multiple injuries of a serious nature, for which he was transferred in a medicalized ambulance from the SUC to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands.
At the scene of the incident, members of the Insular Highway Center also appeared, who proceeded to clean the road, as well as agents of the Civil Guard who instructed the corresponding proceedings.
