Metrotenerife published yesterday on Twitter the schedule and frequencies of the tram during the main days of the Santa Cruz Carnivaland that they are going to be affected by the notice of strike presented by the workers, which, for the moment, is still standing.
Thus, as reported by the company that manages the tramway, the schedule communicated by the strike committee will mean two daily partial stoppages to be carried out in the morning and early afternoon. Their duration will be two hours.
During strike time periods, the tram will operate with the minimum services established by the competent authority. Metrotenerife clarifies that the tram service in these time slots will remain operational, although the frequencies of passage may be affected.
In this way, the afternoon stoppage hours will remain between two and four in the afternoon, every day, while they vary by an hour or so during the morning. Thus, on the Friday of the Parade there will be strikes between seven and ten in the morning; on Saturday, they move from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and on Sunday, the first Carnival During the day, the strike is repeated between ten and twelve in the morning.
On Carnival Monday, the hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; on Shrove Tuesday, it will only stop between ten and twelve, eliminating the one in the afternoon; on Piñata Friday there will be strikes from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; while on Saturday, the second day of Daytime Carnival, there will only be strikes between 10:00 and 12:00.
