SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 24 Jan. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A woman, whose age is unknown, has been injured after suffering an accident with a quad in La Montañeta, track 9, in the Tenerife municipality of El Tanque, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1- 2.
The event occurred minutes before 2:00 p.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert stating that a person had fallen with the quad that he was driving on a track and required medical assistance.
The firefighters located and rescued the affected person and evacuated her to the place where the SUC ambulance personnel were, who proceeded to assist her and transfer her to the Hospiten Bellevue University Hospital, presenting moderate polycontusions, except for complications.
Police officers activated by the Coordination Center intervened together with the rest of the emergency services and made the appropriate reports.
