The company Hidrógeno Renovable Santa Cruz SL, belonging to Disa Holding Energético, has requested an administrative concession from the Santa Cruz Port Authority to occupy an area of 1,801 square meters in the area of Cueva Bermeja, in the Port of Santa Cruz, with the in order to install a renewable hydrogen generation, storage and dispensing plant.

This was published yesterday by the Port Authority in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP), noting that a period of 20 days is open for corporations, entities and individuals who believe they are affected by this new plant to examine the file and submit any allegations they deem pertinent.

Precisely, last week, the Santa Cruz Municipal Urban Development Management published in the BOP the agreement by which the DISA company can develop the Action Unit included in the planning in force in Montaña Taco, land on which it will install a service that, among the different fuel offers, will incorporate hydrogen. As the sole owner of the plot, the company will be in charge of developing the provisions of the General Plan thanks to the signing of the agreement with Santa Cruz.

Regarding the area of Cueva Bermeja, the Port of Santa Cruz is also processing the administrative concession requested by another company, in this case Totisa, for the installation of a Liquefied Natural Gas storage plant, to supply the ships that arrive at the port.
