The 1-1-2 Canarias has informed through its Twitter account that there has been a traffic accident in TF-5, the highway that connects Santa Cruz of Tenerife with the north of the island.
The event occurred around 3:20 p.m., at the access to Avenida Manuel Hermoso Rojas, in the capital of Tenerife. The Local Police of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, units of the Tenerife Fire Consortium and personnel from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) have moved to the place.
One person has been taken to the hospital after the collision between the two vehicles.
