SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 7 Jan. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A man in his 40s has been seriously injured in a bicycle accident in the municipality of Candelaria, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The event occurred around 9:00 a.m., when 1-1-2 received an alert requesting health care for a cyclist who had suffered a fall on the Carretera General del Sur (TF-28), before connecting with the TF-1.
Firefighters reached the affected person and transferred him to the SUC ambulance, whose personnel took care of his assistance and transfer to the University Hospital Ntra. Sra. de Candelaria, presenting a serious fracture in the lower limb.
