A total of 12 restaurants and 8 wineries will participate in the Tapas y Vinos event

The Santiago del Teide City Council has organized the 11th edition of the gastronomic event “Un Acantilado de Sabores 2022” which, as is traditional, will end with Tapas and Wines and will bring together 12 establishments dedicated to the restoration of Santiago del Teide and 8 wineries belonging to different regulatory councils of the island.

Tapas y Vinos will take place this Saturday, December 3, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Plaza de Puerto de Santiago, although different gastronomic workshops will be held throughout the day on Saturday, for which you must register in advance and in which you will participate. local chefs alongside other chefs from the island.

In this sense, the catering establishments of the municipality that will participate in Tapas and Wines will be: Pizza Taxi, Tasca Donde Tato, La Quinta Restaurant, Aqua, Pejeverde Los Gigantes Restaurant, Pancho Restaurant, Pepi Vintage Room Tenerife, Flor del Drago Restaurant, Tasca Juanito, Cositas Creperie Ice Cream Parlor, Santiago del Teide Restaurant and Bella Napoli Pizzeria.

As for the participating wineries, they are the following: Bodega Reverón, Bodegas Insulares Tenerife, Bodega Cumbres de Abona, Bodega La Vera, Bodega La Viñita, Mencey Chasna, Bodega Vera La Fuente and Bodega Viña Engracia.

The macro-event Un Acantilado de Sabores 2022 is organized by the Santiago del Teide City Council in collaboration with the Government of the Canary Islands -Comercio de Canarias-; Council of Tenerife; Artisanal fishing; FAUCA -Federation of Urban Areas of the Canary Islands- and ASEMTEIDE.
