Registration for the three nightlife conferences organized by the Círculo de Empresarios y Profesionales del Sur de Tenerife (CEST), together with the International Nightlife Association and Spain Nightlife and which will take place on November 29 and 30, enter the final phase until reaching the limit of 300 attendees. This event, around which the International Nightlife Congress, the National Nightlife Congress and the Canarian Leisure Congress will be held, will take place at the Hard Rock Hotel, where the main leaders of the sector will meet worldwide , as well as representatives of public administrations and business associations.
This meeting, which has the collaboration of Coca Cola, will deal with issues such as the professionalization of nightlife, the hiring of artists, the safety and quality of the offer or legal issues in the sector. All this with the reactivation of the sector after the pandemic as a backdrop.
The president of CEST, Roberto Ucelay, recalls the importance of nightlife for the Spanish economy, with a weight of 3% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), at the same time that it is an attraction for 23% of tourists who visit the country. Likewise, Ucelay stresses the role of Canary Islands and, specifically, Tenerife on the world nightlife map. «We have a large number of venues whose quality is palpable and has been demonstrated in numerous awards that have been awarded to the Island, but with this Congress we become the epicenter of the sector, bringing together in Tenerife the main exponents of leisure worldwide », he assures.
The top leader of the businessmen of the South encourages the professionals of the Islands to register and attend the three congresses that will be held during these three days. “It is a great opportunity, because we will not only be able to learn from the best businessmen and professionals in the sector, but it is a point of networking, from which collaborations, investments and joint work at an international level can arise”, he explains.
These two days of congress will close with the delivery of the VII Golden Moon Awards, a gala that will reward the best entertainment venues in the world and where the list of the 100 best clubs in the world will be revealed, The World’s 100 Best Clubs, at the that four local Tenerife choose: Monkey Beach Club, Papagayo Beach Club, Magic and Le Club. This evening will also feature the presence and performance of one of the most prestigious international DJs, Roger Sánchez.
