La Noche en Blanco expands the program for families

The Area of ​​Commerce and Economic Development of La Laguna has reinforced the program of activities aimed at children, youth and families of the 14th edition of The White Night (LNB), which this Saturday will turn the city into a great outdoor stage for all ages. Dozens of free proposals, in which Canarian and national companies and artists will participate, will fill the streets and squares from 11:00 a.m. with circus, puppets, sports, concerts, theater, meetings with athletes, superheroes, dance, workshops, solidarity actions and a broad campaign to revitalize and support the commercial sector.

“After two years of sanitary restrictions, we are back and doing it in a big way, with an attractive program for all ages and audiences, and more than a hundred daytime and nighttime activities that will turn the city into a great cultural and commercial scene,” he said. the councilor of the area, Aitami Bruno. The mayor added that “The White Night is leisure and culture, but, above all, it is support for commerce and the restoration of this important open commercial area, which will offer discounts and special offers during the day.”

And to attract this potential clientele to the city, the Area has wanted to reinforce the daytime programming with 18 main activity centers, which include Embajador Alberto de Armas and La Trinidad avenues; the squares of San Benito, Antonio Mederos Sosa, Secundino Delgado, Doctor Olivera, the Supreme Board, Concepción, the Cathedral and Hermano Ramón, in addition to activities in the streets Herradores, La Carrera, Viana, San Agustín, Real Sociedad Economic Friends of the Country or Mayor Alonso Suárez Melián, among others.

In the afternoon, starting at 7:00 p.m., the programming more oriented towards adults will continue, and all the activities can be consulted on the website http://lnb22.es.
