On December 3, the XI edition of the Tapas & Wines event “Un Acantilado de Sabores” will be held in the public square of Puerto de Santiago, which will culminate in the evening with the traditional Tapas and Wines, which in this edition will feature the participation of a total of 12 restaurants and 8 wineries.
However, during the entire day of the Saturday prior to said celebration, the “A Cuatro Manos” Gastronomic Days will take place, in which the chefs of the local brand SDT Gastro Lovers will participate, who will be accompanied by 3 special guests.
Samuel Morales, from the Pejeverde Restaurant in Los Gigantes, Braulio Simancas from the Silbo Gomero Restaurant and Guangzu Chen from the Flor del Drago Restaurant will participate in the workshop “Sea and Earth Kitchen” It will begin at 11:00 a.m. For his part, Fran Rodríguez, from the Pancho Restaurant, and Lázaro Rodríguez, executive chef of the Hotel Gran Costa Adeje GF, will carry out the workshop called “Tradition and Vanguard” which will take place from 12:00 p.m. Next, we will have chef Lucas Maes, from the Aqua Restaurant in Los Gigantes, and Ronny Reina from La Quinta Restaurant, who will participate in the workshop. “Technique and Taste” from 1:00 p.m.
In the afternoon, from 5:00 p.m., the Iberian Ham Cutting workshop will be held, given by Master Cutter Fran Alonso and a Wine Tasting with SDT Gastro Lovers, given by Sommelier Mario Rodríguez.

The days will end with the celebration starting at 7:00 p.m. with the traditional “Tapas and Wines” that will have free admission.
