A 72-year-old man of German nationality has been moderately injured after falling into a ravine in Valle Gran Rey, on the island of La Gomera, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center of 112 in the Canary Islands.

Once there, a medicalized ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) was waiting for him, whose staff gave the first assistance to the affected person, verifying that he had moderate injuries to the lower limbs, for which he was transferred in a medicalized ambulance to the Nuestra Señora Hospital. from Guadalupe.
Volunteer firefighters from Valle Gran Rey also attended the scene of the incident and rescued the companion of the injured man, who was unharmed. Likewise, members of Civil Protection and Anaga Emergency Assistance (AEA) collaborated in locating and rescuing those affected.
