The mayor of Puerto de la Cruz, Marco Gonzalez (PSOE)consider that the traffic jams of the TF-5 “they need a calm and technical debate” to find definitive solutions to a problem that “we all suffer, citizens and politicians, for decades”.
“What is not acceptable is that the PP and CCthat they have governed for 25 years, six months before the elections, take this as a battle weapon. I do not share certain time horizons because I understand the concern of people who suffer from queues, because I live them every time i have to go to manage affairs Santa Cruz or I have to go to the hospital,” says González.

González understands the tiredness of the citizenry and advocates that “all people with responsibility let’s keep raising our voice and worried about finding a solution, but without those responsible for generating this problem decades ago starting a war with it.”
