SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, Nov. 3 (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Government Council of the Canary Islands authorized in its session this Thursday to the Ministry of Health the destination of 5,742,370.14 euros during 2023 for the provision of hemodialysis treatments to patients referred from the Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de Candelaria to centers with the that there is an established health agreement and whose expenditure exceeds two million euros.
Of this item, 2,974,606.74 euros correspond to the expected expenditure for the provision of the service at the renal care center B. Braun Avitum Servicios Renales, SA, and 2,767,763.40 euros, at Clínicas del Sur, SLU.
To this amount, 1,850,964.70 euros are added to finance these treatments at the IDCQ Hospitales y Sanidad, SL center, so that the total amount of this service to patients of the Hospital de la Candelaria will rise to 7,593,334.84 in 2023 euros, collects a note from the Executive.
In accordance with the provisions of article 27.1 of Law 6/2021, of December 28, on the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands for 2022, the Government is responsible for approving expenses of an amount greater than 2,000,000 euros .
