Enrique Arriaga explained that the greatest growth in passengers has taken place at the stops of the Santa Cruz Interchange, with an increase of 9.3%, and at the preferred stop of San Isidro, which has experienced a growth of 8.3%.
Arriaga explained that these figures “are due to the fact that, with the reorganization, the company solved the problem that existed both in the Santa Cruz interchange and in San Isidro, when line 110 filled up at the origin of the route, being forced to leave passengers on the ground.
On weekdays, the stops at the Santa Cruz interchange, with a 12% increase in the number of passengers, and at the preferred stop in San Isidro, with a 10% growth, are the ones that experience the greatest increases in passengers compared to the week prior to the start of the reorganization.

The new South network modified some existing lines such as 110, which becomes direct between the Santa Cruz de Tenerife interchange and Costa Adeje with a frequency every half hour from Monday to Sunday; while route 111 continues to connect Santa Cruz with Costa Adeje with trips every 30 minutes, but without stopping at the Reina Sofía airport.
