There are days and days, and possibly these clients who had a hellish experience in a well-known restaurant in Fuerteventura ran into one of the bad guys of the waiter who served them. In the Tripadvisor website we met some Canarian tourists who did not spend their best night “because of the service”.
“Here you eat what I say”title the user chemag825 your review referring to the attitude of the waiter. The service was taken care of by a “confident waiter, poorly educated and with that old problem of insular racism (it was to say that we were from another island and the show began)”according to the client’s complaint.
“The individual unable to take into account what the client says when taking the order. To the question: what can we eat that does not contain fish? Since one of our guests is allergic-asthmatic, he answered to our astonishment RICE A LA MARINERA, it has smoked prawns and I don’t know what else he told us, because when the A LA MARINERA rice arrives at the table he tells us that it does indeed have fish broth. Realizing the mistake, far from taking the rice, he says to bring “a guest piece of meat” for “the allergic person” without even waiting for the customer to answer what he wanted..
The “bad time” for customers continued. “At 9:30 I throw them down the ravine if they haven’t finished”, joked the waiter after “demanding me to call him prop and a number of barbaric nonsense that he released through that mouth, all this cannot happen unintentionally, it is too much for one person and 2 hours that “the visit” lasted, many of these things could have been admitted as joke if the service had been correct”.
Perhaps it was not the best time for a joke seeing the heated atmosphere that existed with the customers. These did not seem receptive in that context. The user comments in his criticism that the worker “was seen full of hatred towards us.”
“They left our host, (who took us there enthusiastically and assuring us that it was a good place) with a crushing sense of guilt. We couldn’t even finish eating because of our nerves and the meltdown the mosquitoes were giving us. On top of that we asked for the bill, and for a fair service they applied a gourmet rate to us, pulling 3 Michelin stars…”concludes the review of these customers who would prefer never to have encountered said waiter.
