SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 17 Oct. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The National Police has arrested six individuals who participated in the brawl that occurred in early October at the TAO nightclub, near the Adán Martín Auditorium in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as perpetrators of a crime of public disorder.
On the day of the events, in the early hours of October 1, the National Police was requested by citizens who were in the aforementioned nightclub, in which a brawl was taking place with numerous people involved.
The security personnel evacuated the premises, continuing the fight in its surroundings, requiring the presence of the National Police, which participated with a subgroup of the Prevention and Reaction Unit and the support of units of the Citizen Attention Group of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, to dissolve it. There was also the support of the Local Police of the capital of Tenerife.
From that moment, the investigation of the facts began, seeking to identify those responsible for it as well as to know the circumstances that led to it. After viewing and analyzing all the videos that exist of the events and the security cameras and carrying out the interviews and taking statements from witnesses, security personnel, etc., the National Police has managed to identify and locate six of those involved, those who are charged with a crime of public disorder, given the circumstances of the facts.
These are nine men of Spanish nationality between 19 and 35 years old. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries to be regretted beyond some bruises or small injuries that eliminate the imputation of the crime of injuries. However, one of them has been charged with a crime of robbery with violence, taking advantage of the fight to seize a necklace from one of the victims, which has been recovered.
