With this project, in addition to being renovated, it has been expanded to a space of 491 square meters distributed over two floors and equipped with two kitchens, bathrooms with showers, two terraces, a meeting room, three multipurpose rooms and a media library.

Thanks to the characteristics of the facilities, activities that require an overnight stay can be carried out, as well as programs linked to nature, due to the proximity to the forest crown in the south of the Island.
