The Formative Cycles building of the IES Agustín de Betancourt, in the municipality of Puerto de la Cruz, will now bear the name of the teacher Víctor Luis, in recognition of his 42 years of experience and dedication to public education.
The allusive plaque that accredits the nomination of the aforementioned building was unveiled last Friday, just the same day as the retirement of this professor and politician from the village, current councilor in the City Council of La Orotava, in an emotional act.
