Canarian Coalition proposes a 99% discount on taxes, rates and public prices for vulnerable groups, retirees, the disabled, large families, long-term unemployed and dependents. The councilor and municipal candidate for CC, María Isabel Pérez, also proposes free public transport on urban line 330 and shared taxis.
The package of nationalist measures also includes saving 2.5 million euros by reducing senior positions and advisers, the elimination of allowances and a restructuring of the Corporation. Pérez sees the need to set up a Social Fund for the acquisition of public housing and the creation of job.
CC in Los Realejos defends that it is “a series of proposals based on the rationalization of public spending and bureaucracy, an immediate tax reduction and a series of short- and medium-term structural reforms that encourage the economy of the municipality,” says María Elizabeth Perez.
