VALVERDE (THE IRON), 28 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Cabildo of El Hierro has deactivated the island emergency plan once the declaration of alert for rain, wind and storm that the Government of the Canary Islands had decreed has declined.
For this reason, the closed forest tracks and the Jirdana highways (Timijiraque/Isora and the HI-4 (Tiñor), closed since last Saturday, have been opened, and this Tuesday the Cabildo reopened the HI-500 highways (from el Pozo de la Salud), HI-400 (up to El Gallego basin) and HI-410 (Tacorón), as well as HI-40 (El Brezal), HI-45 (La Llanía-Cruz de Los Reyes), HI-45 -1(La Cumbre) and HI-503 (Ochilla Lighthouse).
