SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 27 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Vice President of the Government of the Canary Islands and Minister of the Treasury, Román Rodríguez, has advanced this Tuesday that his Executive will present the draft Budget Bill before Parliament at the end of October, which will include direct aid and “selective” deductions and bonuses for average incomes and low.
In response to a question from the deputy of the Joint Group Vidina Espino in the control session, she commented that they will continue with these support measures as many times “as necessary” and in parallel they will bet on the development of the powers of the autonomous community in public services, housing or public works.
He has also pointed out that in the Canary Islands they do not have to “imitate leaders” who lower taxes and then have money without executing or have leftover aid, in the case of the Madrid president, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, the same as “the other”, in reference to the President of Andalusia, Juan Manuel Moreno.
Espino has indicated that the Government of the Canary Islands had more than 600 million unexecuted from last year’s budget, something similar to what happened to the rest of the institutions governed by the left, for which it has refused to “continue swallowing” the excuse that “it cannot lower taxes because it endangers the financing of councils and the city council”.
He has criticized that his party and the PSOE “govern inefficiently, leaving a lot of money in the banks when people do not have to eat” and in that scenario, he has reproached the counselor for “taking it easy” when the canaries ” they can’t shop or pay rent and mortgages.
