SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 18 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A 58-year-old cyclist has been seriously injured after being run over in the municipality of Los Realejos, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The event occurred around 10:10 a.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert informing that a cyclist had been hit by a vehicle in the vicinity of the Mirador del Lance.
The SUC staff assisted the affected person and transferred him to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands due to serious chest trauma. The Civil Guard regulated traffic in the area and instructed the corresponding proceedings.
