The works council of the Santa Rita Home Canary Foundation calls this Friday a concentration from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the doors of the center in Puerto de la Cruz in protest at the delays in the payment of staff payroll and the “lack of sensitivity” of the management.
CCOO points out in a statement that the 430 workers “live with the uncertainty” of paying their salaries without any justification or information being given to the works council, which “redemonstrates” the “inability” of the center’s management “to comply with the basic commitments of any employer, hiding behind the non-payment by the IASS and without providing any solution”.
