The City Council of Candelaria has discouraged bathing on all the beaches of this Tenerife municipality due to the presence of microalgae.
A municipal statement indicates that this recommendation is made after detecting this microorganism in the water and specifies that the Health area will monitor the situation.
The council informs that it will communicate the evolution of these enclaves through official channels.
