These are the points that will be affected by the resurfacing of the TF-1 next week

The TF-1 rehabilitation works will continue next week centered on the improvement of the Armeñime and Adeje linksas well as in some sections at the height of Villa of Arico Y Passion fruit.

In a statement, the Cabildo de Tenerife has explained that the work will take place between the night of Sunday, September 11, and the morning of Friday, September 16, always at night.

The works, carried out by the company Sacyr, will be carried out between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., to minimize inconvenience to drivers due to the lower influx of traffic.

Thus, this week, on Sunday and Monday nights, work will focus on the Los Menores/Armeñime/Playa Paraíso link (81). On Sunday they will also work on the Adeje link.

In this regard, the Minister of Highways, Enrique Arriaga, explained that the works of this phase are about to be completed and that this intervention significantly increases driving safety and comfort.

Already on Tuesday the section located between kilometer points 43.8 and 44.8 will be tackled; and on Wednesday the one between kilometers 46.6 and 50.2, both between Los Abades and the Granadilla Industrial Estate.

On Thursday night, the cut for the works will cover the right lane between kilometer points 54 and 57, between San Isidro and Parque de la Reina.

On the other hand, this Sunday, the 11th, the vehicles that wish to go to Santa Cruz de Tenerife from the areas adjacent to junction 81, must leave towards Guía de Isora to make a U-turn at the Vera de Erques/Playa San John (87).

Also, during this same night, vehicles that need to access or leave Adeje, will be able to use link 81.

Those who circulate in the direction of the capital and intend to use link 79, will have to continue until the Costa Adeje/La Caleta/Playa Fañabé exit (78) to change the direction of traffic.

On Monday, drivers who want to go to Adeje from Los Menores, Armeñime and Playa Paraíso must access through junction 79. On the other hand, those who want to leave for Guía de Isora must drive towards Santa Cruz until junction 78, where can make a change of direction.

Finally, during Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday there will be no total closure of the road and the work will be carried out only in the right lane. For this reason, vehicles will be able to circulate in the left lane on the affected sections.
