The firefighting services consider the fire outbreak declared this Tuesday in San José de Los Llanos, in the Tenerife municipality of El Tanque, sources from the council.
Three teams from the forestry brigades are involved in the device deployed in the area, two of them helicopters, five crews from the Tenerife Fire Department, two environmental agents, a technician, 16 reinforcement troops and three 112 helicopters.
According to initial estimates, the area affected is about three hectares.
