SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, 30 Aug. (EUROPE PRESS) –

The National Police has arrested a 27-year-old man as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of serious threats by intimidating a neighbor and his son carrying a compressed air rifle and a large machete in the street.

The detainee was an acquaintance from the Los Andenes area, in La Laguna, where he had been disturbing the residents of the neighborhood for some time.

On this occasion, as a result of disagreements with another man, he went out into the street armed with a real-looking compressed air rifle and a machete, shouting that he was going to kill him and his 15-year-old son, addressing to both who were at home and pointing the gun at them, he picks up a note from the National Police.

The events caused great fear and insecurity in the neighborhood, which is why the National Police, after learning of the events through a complaint, began the process to identify the author and locate him thanks to a very explicit video presented by del complainant.

Once located, they were arrested and brought to justice.

The man has two other arrests for coercion, robbery with force and even a sexual assault and the weapons were seized.
