The artist Roberto Rodríguez ‘RoRo’ paints a mural outside the institute

Knowledge does not occupy mural is the title of the new work of urban art by the artist Roberto Rodríguez RoRo, commissioned by the Youth Department of the Los Realejos City Council, and which he has painted on the exteriors of the IES Realejoswithin the program to improve the facilities of the educational centers of the municipality, which will return to activity next month.

More than thirty faces of prominent figures in history, like the physicists Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking, compose this work. They were previously chosen by the different departments of the institute and appear on the colors –mainly yellow and orange– in more than 170 meters of the perimeter wall of the educational infrastructure between Calle El Adelantado, Avenida de Canarias and Calle Taoro.

Yesterday morning, the mayor of Los Realejos, Adolfo González, the Councilor for Youth, José David Cabrera, and the director of the IES Realejos, Juan Francisco Rodríguez Rosales, visited the artist while he continued to develop his work.
