The Municipality of Puerto de la Cruz has dedicated a place to day boy in the neighborhood of La Vera in homage to the fight and the tenacity of all families against diseases that affect the little ones.
In this sense, during the day this Saturday an act was held to inaugurate the square that included a release of 22 balloons for the 22 years that Aday would have turned today.
According to the Consistory, the appointment was attended by the mayor, Mark Gonzalezwho read the institutional agreement that was unanimously approved last May to give the square its name.
For their part, numerous neighbors came to the square to support the family and witness what will now be a space to remember the struggle of fathers and mothers for their children.
