The City Council of Puerto de La Cruz (Tenerife) has dedicated a place for the boy Aday in the neighborhood of La Vera in tribute to the struggle and tenacity of all families against diseases that affect the little ones.
In this sense, during the day this Saturday an act was held to inaugurate the square that included a release of 22 balloons for the 22 years that Aday would have turned nowadays.
According to the Consistory, the appointment was attended by the mayor, Marco González, who read the institutional agreement which was unanimously approved last May to name the square.
For their part, numerous neighbors approached the square to support the family and witness what will now be a space to remember the struggle of fathers and mothers for their children.
