Aldea Blanca improves with the laying gravel on a plot of land used as a public car park. The City Council of San Miguel de Abona completed this work once the demand of a hundred users and the discomfort of the environment were known. Matters transferred to the Consistory by the PSOE.
The dust from this undeveloped landceded to the City Council for a period of four years, caused inconvenience both to residents in the area and to commercial establishments, generating “greater expense in the maintenance and cleaning of the facilities.” The socialist councilor Carol Correa assures it. “At the time, we transferred this request to the plenary session as a neighborhood initiative, which was very logical and also represented an immediate improvement,” she explained.
Correa maintains that this is an example of “political will” and of the «active listening» practiced by the municipal group of the PSOE.
