‘EmpleArte’ applies formulas in the search for employment to long-term unemployed

Adeje will host, at the end of September, a EmpleArte pilot project, an innovative job orientation program to improve the employability of long-term unemployed people between the ages of 18 and 60. They may have any level of studies (ESO; Vocational Training, Baccalaureate, university degree, etc.) and come from any labor sector.

The people participating in this program will attend face-to-face and/or virtual sessions several days a week, in which they will have the advice of specialists from the Santa María la Real Foundation to carry out a new job search itinerary and focus on their professional objective. applying for it new techniques of labor orientation and digital tools.

In all job search activities creativity will be enhanced, learning to innovate in their professional profile, creating a video CV that differentiates them before companies, training their communication skills for interviews or coordinating an event with companies

Free and until November

People interested in participating in this totally free municipal program have until September 23 to register, which must be formalized on the project website https://www.emple-arte.org/en or in person, at the Costa de Adeje Tourist Development Center (CDTA), from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

This initiative is promoted by the Santa María la Real Foundation, with co-financing from the European Social Fund (within the Poises operational program) and the Tenerife Island Council, through Fifede. It also has the collaboration of the Adeje City Council.

The pilot project of “EmpleArte” Adeje will begin at the end of September and will be operational until the end of November, according to the Adeje City Council.
