The OMIC recalls that all people have rights as consumers and that these remain active during the sales period, whether in the case of purchases made through the Internet or those made in person.
In this sense, it informs that payment policies, such as refunds and guarantees, must be maintained in both channels (face-to-face and online) during this sales period under the same conditions as the rest of the year, which means that physical establishments and digital are obliged to accept the means of payment that are commonly used and maintain the same return terms.
