The mayor of El Rosario, Escolástico Gil, points out that this measure “is taken in the context of the reduction in public rates and prices that this Government has been gradually carrying out since 2016, always with favorable reports from the Treasury area and the Treasury department, with the aim of reducing, as much as possible, the tax burden borne by the residents of El Rosario by establishing new discount criteria or, as in this case, the gratuity of those most frequent procedures.
