The Canarian Institute of Hemodonation and Hemotherapy of the Government of the Canary Islands will participate in the III 5K Correayo Solidarity Race, which will take place next September in La Orotava, with the aim of making participants visible and aware of the importance of donating blood in a regular. Thus, the ICHH will give adult and child runners a bag with the slogan Dona Sangre, a bag goes a long way. In addition, during the adult test, participants will be given bracelets with blood groups and will set up an information table.
On the other hand, runners who donate blood at the collection point that the ICHH has set up in the Multicentro Comercial el Trompo from July 28 and until the end of registration, will benefit from discount codes when registering at the race. The race, organized by the Correayo Running, Trail and Triathlon Sports Club, was presented yesterday.
The III 5K Correayo Solidarity Race will take place on September 18 from 09:00 a.m. and will have a children’s and an adult race, as well as various entertainment activities organized by different associations of the municipality.
