A helicopter from the Government of the Canary Islands recharges water in the La Cruz Santa raft (Los Realejos) to put out the Tenerife fire

The deputy director of Civil Protection and Emergency Attention of the Government of the Canary Islands, Maite Morenoexplained this Wednesday that the focus of the fire in the north of Tenerife is on the slope of Tigaiga, where helicopters continue to operate to consider the fire that started on July 21 in Los Campeches (Los Realejos) to be under control. The last 38 people who had not been able to return to their homes after being evacuated can do so starting today.
