SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, July 23. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Roads area of the Cabildo de Tenerife will continue, during this week, with the rehabilitation works of the TF-1, which this time will be carried out between Los Cardones and Los Cristianos. Specifically, the works will take place from the night of Sunday until the morning of Friday 29 and will focus on the execution and spreading of the wearing course.
The work to improve the road, carried out by Sacyr, will be located around the links of Los Cardones (57), Tenerife Sur Airport (59), Las Galletas / Parque la Reina / CHO (66) and Los Cristianos (72). .
The island councilor for Roads, Enrique Arriaga, explained that the comprehensive rehabilitation works on the road surface are being completed, working in detail on the different links of this high-occupancy road.
During the night of Sunday, the works will focus on the links between Los Cardones and Tenerife Sur Airport, in the direction of Adeje, while on the night of Monday to Tuesday they will take place in the opposite direction, that is, in the direction of Santa Cruz.
On Tuesday and Wednesday nights, the surface layer will be extended at the Las Galletas / Parque la Reina / CHO, Tenerife Sur Airport and also at Los Cristianos / Arona, this time in the direction of Adeje.
On Thursday, the access links to Las Galletas / Parque la Reina / CHO towards Santa Cruz will be paved, as well as the Los Cristianos / Arona exit towards Santa Cruz.
As usual, the rehabilitation work will be carried out at night, between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., to minimize inconvenience to drivers and promote the safety of workers.
These tasks are part of the TF-1 rehabilitation plan that has been carried out since last April and which includes an execution period of approximately fourteen months. In total, the works, carried out by Sacyr, will comprise nearly 40 kilometers of the road between Adeje and Arico.
