The government spokesman, Julio Pérez, clarified yesterday that there was an agreement with the Ministry of Finance to draw up a document that would precisely regulate the transitory period of the transfer from one Administration to another. Pérez pointed out that so far no local corporation has felt harmed by this transition for the transfer to be effective. This document is the one that will be taken to next week’s committee.
At the same time, the Executive has created an administrative structure to take over and manage the new jurisdiction, but in coordination with the State until the transfer is signed and the Autonomous Community begins to exercise this financial guardianship.
