The Santa Cruz de Tenerife Carnival has proposed three theme options for its 2023 edition of Santa Cruz de Tenerife: Television, New York, the city that never sleeps Y A Sustainable World.
The City Council, through the Autonomous Organism for Festivities and Recreational Activities (OAFAR) will open the voting period from 12:00 tomorrow, Tuesday, to choose which one will define next year’s festivities.
The popular consultation will be carried out through the website carnivaldetenerife.com and will remain active until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, July 18. To avoid the duplication of votes, the computer system will apply a filter, so that only one vote will be computed for each IP address.
For the Councilor for Fiestas, Alfonso Cabello, “these three themes have a large number of creative options to make the costumes and fantasies that our groups and neighbors will come up with in the coming months.”
In this sense, the mayor stated that this vote “is the first public step of Carnival 2023, an edition for which there are only six months left; and in which the usual times and calendars will be recovered”.
