Paula Andrea Rojasrestaurant sommelier, together with Gustavo Hernandezdirector of GF Victoria, were in charge of collecting this award from the hand of Javier Gilapresident of the Madrid Association of Sommeliers at an event held in Garachico.
In its XIX edition, this award assesses the number of references and, at the same time, the good selection of wines in each restaurant. For the jury, the letter from the donaire restaurant stands out for being “clean and easy to understand”.
