The highway area of the Council of Tenerife will continue next week with the rehabilitation of the TF-1 links, which will focus on exit 55, through which the cores of San Isidro and El Medano, and at 54, access to Granadilla and Chimiche.

The Island Corporation explains that the works will be carried out, as usual, between the night of Sunday, day 3, and the morning of Friday 8.

The Vice President and Councilor of the Area, Enrique Arriagahas indicated that this is one of the last phases of the workafter the completion of the rehabilitation of the main road and asks drivers to be extremely careful when traveling at night in the area.

In order to reduce the inconvenience caused to drivers, the rehabilitation work will take place at night, between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. During these time slots, the necessary detours will be enabled to guarantee circulation on the road.

Where?

The works, which are being carried out by the company Sacyr, will affect the junctions of the Polígono Industrial de Granadilla, Acceso A (50), Granadilla/Chimiche (54) and San Isidro/El Médano (55).

When?

During the night of Sunday, work will be carried out on 50, so that vehicles will be able to use junction 52 (Granadilla Industrial Estate, Access B) to join or leave the road towards the industrial environment.

Already on Monday, the improvement work will take place at junction 54, so the access and exit of the motorway to access these nuclei will be done through junction 55.

Starting Tuesday and for the rest of the week, exit 55, the entrance to San Isidro and El Médano, will be the place where the works will take place.

These days, vehicles circulating in any of the directions and intending to access any of these nuclei must access through link 57 (San Isidro, Granadilla, El Médano). Those who from San Isidro or Granadilla want to join the road in the direction of Adeje can also make use of this link.
