SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, June 30. (EUROPE PRESS) –
The Government Council of the Canary Islands has agreed this Thursday the dismissal of the general director of Livestock, Taishet Fuentes, and the appointment of José Cabrera.
This was announced at a press conference by the Executive’s spokesman, Julio Pérez, who revealed that Fuentes “does not have the confidence” of the president, Ángel Víctor Torres, for the “new impetus” and the “new orientation” that he wants to give to the Livestock area due to the difficulties that the subsector is going through due to the consequences of the invasion of Ukraine.
