The president of the Cabildo, Pedro Martín, presented in the middle of last May to the 31 Municipalities of the Island the new Insular Plan for Municipal Cooperation that will run until 2025 and go from 48 to 60 million euros. In addition, it includes another item of almost 3.5 million for drafting projects.
Martín then defended the “municipalist vocation” of the insular government given that throughout this mandate it has approved up to fifteen projects aimed at the municipalities, including those for employment or the start-up of an advisory office.
