SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, June 26. (EUROPE PRESS) –
A 19-year-old girl has been injured when she was run over by a cyclist, a young man of the same age, who was also injured, an event that occurred this Sunday in the municipality of La Laguna, in Tenerife, as reported by the Coordinating Center of Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The events occurred around 4:10 p.m., when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert informing that a pedestrian had been hit by a cyclist in Plaza Víctor Zurita Soler and both needed medical assistance.
Once at the scene, health personnel from the SUC assisted the two affected, who were taken by ambulance to the University Hospital of the Canary Islands with moderate injuries. The Local Police instructed the corresponding proceedings.
