The owners and workers of a bar in the south of Tenerife were arrested for a crime of drug trafficking

Agents of the National Police arrested four men in the El Camisón beach area, two of them with police records, as alleged perpetrators of a crime against public health committed inside an establishment open to the public.

The events occurred during the early hours of June 9. Agents of the National Police who provided service in the area of ​​the aronera beach observed how, inside an entertainment venue, narcotic substances could be being sold to customers.

The agents entered the establishment and, after carrying out the appropriate checks, seized more than 75 grams of cocaine, divided into numerous packages prepared for immediate sale. Likewise, 80 grams of hashish and 1,600 euros in cash were involved.

Given the existing indications, the national police arrested four men, the two owners of the premises and their two workers, for a crime against public health.

The detainees, together with the report prepared for this purpose, were placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authority.

The actions were carried out by national police officers from the South Tenerife National Police Station.
