Candidates must meet the minimum requirements to appear in the Registry of the Tacoronte Inhabitants Register for at least 6 months prior to the act of election and be a resident of the neighborhood they want to represent; Besides having age between 16 and 21 years (both inclusive and completed at the time of submitting the application).
