The Popular Party obtains the commitment of the Cabildo to establish support measures for the primary sector of Tenerife. Councilor Valentín González Évora defended the initiative as a resolution proposal, with the aim that from the insular institution “mechanisms are urgently set in motion to guarantee activity in Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries.”
The proposal includes the implementation of tools that speed up the deadlines for the processing and management of all the aid that allows the maintenance and sustainability of the sector on the Island.
González recalls that “this was one of the ten resolution proposals that the Popular Party defended in the last Debate on the State of the Island.” He had the support of all political parties.
The counselor concludes: «We hope that, in an effective way, the proposal will be launched as soon as possible».
