A 72-year-old woman has been injured when she was run over in the Las Caletillas area, in the municipality of Candelaria, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
The event occurred around 10:30 a.m., when 1-1-2 received an alert reporting that a woman needed health care after being hit by a vehicle on Rambla de Los Menceyes.
Once at the scene, the SUC basic life support ambulance personnel assisted the affected woman and transferred her to the Nuestra Señora de Candelaria University Hospital as she presented various moderate injuries, with the exception of complications.
