A motorcyclist is injured when falling down a ravine in Arafo

SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE, June 11. (EUROPE PRESS) –

A motorist has been injured after falling into a ravine on the TF-523 road, in the municipality of Arafo, in Tenerife, as reported by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (Cecoes) 1-1-2.

The event occurred at 12:00, when the 1-1-2 operating room received an alert informing that a motorcyclist needed medical assistance after suffering a road exit and falling into a ravine from several meters high.

SUC personnel assisted the affected person in the place where he had fallen and, together with members of the Firefighters Consortium, proceeded to immobilize him and transfer him to the area where the ambulance was located in which he was evacuated to the Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de Candelaria, presenting a moderate lower limb trauma, except for complications.
