In less than 24 hours, the Local Police Unit of Santa Cruz of Tenerife attached to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office has managed to identify the alleged participants in the brutal assault on a 13-year-old girl that occurred in the Teresitas Beach, on the afternoon of last Saturday. After the filing of the complaint by the family of the minor attacked and thanks to the broadcast of the video of the fight yesterday, Wednesday, the agents of the Local Police have managed to identify the seven young women who allegedly took part in the fight, informing the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office of the data so that it can subsequently proceed with the investigation of the criminal case.

The events occurred last Saturdaywhen a minor under 13 years of agesuffered a brutal attack in broad daylight on Las Teresitas Beach, last Saturday. Although the facts were known yesterday morning, Wednesday, when the video recorded by one of the alleged members of the group of people who attacked the young woman, was spread through various social networks. A relative of the victim also spread it to try to identify the people who had participated in the beating, after having filed the corresponding complaint with the National Police the day after the events occurred.

The beating occurred when the young woman was about to leave the beach in the company of two friends and were intercepted by a group of girls and boys who were nearby. She was first rebuked and when she tried to leave the beach to avoid getting into trouble, the attackers approached her and took away her sandals and towel so she couldn’t leave.

Brutal group aggression against a 13-year-old girl on Las Teresitas Beach

Even though the beach was full of people at that time of the afternoon, no one intervened to end the aggression, neither those who were part of the group of aggressors, nor the rest of the bathers who were in the vicinity until there was no more than a minute of fighting.

The video shows how a group of girls made up of at least seven young men, They grab the 13-year-old girl by the hair until, by means of blows, hair pulling and pushing, they manage to throw her to the ground and it is there, on the sand, where the true fury of the pack of aggressors is unleashed They start kicking him all over his body, including his head. They climb on top of her ribs and her stomach while one of them continues to cling to her on the ground beating her with her fists.

The aggression ends when the victim and one of the aggressors end up exhausted in the sand and that is when a man takes hold of a stick and intervenes to try to separate the aggressors from the victim, who finds it difficult to react after the blows received.

According to the family, some of the aggressors were identified in the Plaza de España that same Saturday afternoon and a National Police patrol that was in the vicinity was reported. The agents allegedly affiliated the young and they recommended to the victim’s family that they file a complaint, which they did the following day, accompanying their testimony with a report of injuries. However, what was his surprise when in the complaints office of the National Police There was no record of the affiliation that the agents would have made the day before to the alleged aggressors. However, they filed a complaint and tried to identify the alleged participants in the beating, since some were known from the study center where the victim is studyingaccording to what the aunt of the attacked minor reported on her Facebook account.

Then the video of the brutal aggression that a person related to the alleged aggressors had recorded came into his hands and he decided to spread it through his networks to try to identify all the people who had allegedly participated.
